This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.


Please keep the space clean and make sure not to leave any food in the refrigerator, to wash all your dishes and to take out any trash from the kitchen and the bathroom.


It is strictly forbidden to park or even to stop next to a garage with a "Do not stop" sign in the neighbourhood. There are a few free parking spots in the street and a parking garage about 100m from the property.

This homely apartment for two travellers features Marvel-themed decor and a well-designed 20m² space with shared areas. Enjoy the pleasant outdoor area for relaxation. On the ground floor, it may not suit those sensitive to street noise. It is just 15 minutes from Disneyland, with easy self-check-in via a key box!
