Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car. Metro Line 10 Pont de St-Cloud (5mn walk). Streetcar way T2 at 100 m (10mn from La Défense). Bus close to the apartment (Parc de Saint-Cloud stop). Paris-Orly Airport is about 25 minutes away.
This is an apartment with independent access.
You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access.
Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited.
The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit.
For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents.
A deposit will also be required.

It can comfortably accommodate 2 people with its double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
Ideally located 5 minutes from the underground, you can enjoy a peaceful stay just a stone's throw from Paris.
Welcome to this beautiful 26 m² flat, located on the 4th floor (no lift). Carefully decorated, it enjoys a privileged location close to tourist attractions, shops, transport, etc., and is the ideal starting point for exploring the city.
The entrance opens onto a bright living area with a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa (not convertible) and a television.
The adjoining dining room has a table that can seat up to 2 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home: hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso type), utensils and crockery.
The accommodation includes a bedroom carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity.
The double bed (140 x 200 cm) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen.
The adjoining bathroom is equipped with a shower.
The toilet is included in the bathroom.
The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and a smoke detector for your safety.
The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.
Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

The Albert-Kahn Museum and Garden is a must-see, only an 8-minute walk from the apartment. Billancourt Park is also nearby and is perfect for a stroll or picnic. Park Boulogne-Edmond de Rothschild is another excellent option for a nature fix and is only a short walk from the apartment. For something a little different, the Manufacture Nationale de Sèvres is a fascinating place to explore.

Well-located flat, very functional and close to local shops. The only drawback was the noise, but nothing unusual given the flat's location. I would like to thank GuestReady for the ease of communication and their responsiveness.
