Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Saint-Ouen, is just a 2-minute walk. Charles de Gaulle Airport is about a 25-minute drive from the property. The Eiffel Tower is 21 min by RER C. The centre of Paris (Bastille) is 23 min by metro. Stade de France is 27 min by metro and 24 min by bus. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. This two-bedroom apartment in Saint-Ouen is perfect for families or friends looking for a calm stay near Paris.
The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants and shops, and the Saint-Ouen station is just a few steps away, so guests can easily travel and explore the region! Welcome to my apartment! Modern and tastefully decorated, this 46m² lovely apartment is located on the 2nd floor, accessible by elevator, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This apartment is designed with an open floor plan.
The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for six. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The living room TV is equipped with a pre-configured Netflix account.
Feel free to use this account to enjoy a variety of series and films during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The two bedrooms have queen beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Saint Ouen is a paradise for bargain hunters: flea markets, Biron market, Paul Bert Serpette market, Dauphiné market, their reputation is well established! Saint-Ouen also offers you the chance to stroll along the Seine or enjoy a picnic in the Grand Parc des Docks. You can also follow the fresco trail and admire, among many others, the Croco Accro fresco and the Métro fresco. Can you find them?

Spacious flat in a strategic location
: Excellent location, right at the metro exit, convenient for the supermarket
Cleanliness can be improved (I had to ask for a change of the duvet cover due to red stains)

Overall good, apart from hair in the sheets and stuck to the bathroom ceiling. Difficult shutter (lever needs oiling).
