This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. This four-bedroom apartment in the Fontenay-aux-Roses is perfect for families looking to stay near Paris.

Welcome to my apartment! This modern and tastefully decorated 106m2 apartment is conveniently located near various top attractions in Fontenay-aux-Roses, including the Château de Sceaux! The apartment is situated on the 9th floor and is accessible by elevator. Please note that there is currently construction work in the building. The apartment features an open floor plan with a spacious living room furnished with a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV offering multiple streaming options for your favourite shows, and a dining table for six. Additionally, there's a private balcony where you can relax and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave, allowing you to prepare delicious meals.
The apartment also includes a washer and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. There are four bedrooms in the apartment.
The main bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, the second with a double bed, the third with a bunk bed, and the last with a single bed. All beds are outfitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The bathroom is well-appointed, with all necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Free parking is available right in front of the building. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note that parties are not permitted in the building.

The house was really nice, clean and comfortable. However, there were a few 'flaws': the TV remote control didn't work and we had to buy new batteries ourselves, the heating is centralised so the house is cold 90% of the time (in one room it doesn't work at all and was freezing), the Wi-Fi didn't re...
