Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Louise Michel (line 3), is just a 3-minute walk. CDG Airport is approximately a 45-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.

You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.

If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. I would be delighted to welcome you to my charming apartment (84m2) for 7 people at Levallois Perret.

Free parking is available in the shopping centre directly opposite, in parking lot P0 (red zone, rez de chaussée) - open every day of the week from 8 am to 11 pm. Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a large sofa, two armchairs, a wide-screen smart TV for watching all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a big dining table for eight. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery needed to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, an oven, a microwave and a coffee machine (Expresso Original, Nespresso classic pods).

Additionally, the apartment includes a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. There are three bedrooms.

One has a double bed (140 x 190), one has a queen bed (160 x 200), and the last has one queen bed and a single (90 x 190).

All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!
