Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Flachet, is just a 10-minute walk. Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport (LYS) is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20.

Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. The apartment is located in a quiet, familiar residence.

Noise pollution, parties and irresponsible behavior are strictly forbidden, especially after 10 pm.

Please respect common areas (hall, stairs, elevators) and elevators.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in a reduction of the security deposit. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Parcel deliveries must be made to a pick-up point, as no mailbox is available. Keys must never be left in the mailbox, as this makes the property vulnerable to theft.
