Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transportation. The closest tram station is Université Lyon 1 (lines T1 and T4), which is a 4-minute walk from the apartment. Lyon-Saint-Exupéry Airport is about a 25-minute drive away. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.

You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.

If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents.

The living area features a very comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a double bed, along with a large flat-screen TV. The dining area offers a table that seats four guests and opens to a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the view and sunny days. The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances and utensils for preparing meals (oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine).

A washing machine is also available. Both bedrooms feature a queen-size bed (160x200) made up of high-quality hotel linen for your comfort. The bathroom is equipped with a large mirror and a shower, while the toilet is separate. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.
