The nearest train station, Boulogne Jean Jaurès, is just an 11-minute walk. Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 48-minute drive from the property. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20.
Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Spacious flat with brand new bathroom and kitchen. Brilliantly located for Roland Garros, with enough restaurants nearby to eat out after a day of tennis. We felt very comfortable and will be happy to return.

Quiet accommodation. Very well located near Roland Garros and the Longchamps racecourse. Metro station within walking distance. The cleanliness of the windows needs to be reviewed (very dirty frames). Kitchen perfect. The bedding needs changing: mattress with a hollow in the middle and the sofa is really very uncomfortable.
We had a good stay.
