Metro Line 4 is about 19 minutes away from the apartment on foot.


Paris Orly Airport is approximately a 20-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.


For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

Situated on the 1st floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 25m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Please note that it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.


This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa bed and a TV to watch your favourite shows.


The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine.


The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a TV for your entertainment.


The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including a hair dryer, towels, a towel dryer and complimentary toiletries.


You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay.


For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.


The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
