Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. Multiple bus stops are nearby. The nearest train station, Bois-Colombes (line J), is just a 10-minute walk. Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is approximately a 35-minute drive from the property. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20.

Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents.

A deposit will also be required. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for two. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery to prepare delicious meals, such as a stove, oven, microwave, Japanese rice cooker, and Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed (140x190) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels, complimentary toiletries, a hair dryer, and a towel dryer. You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay. A smoke detector is installed for your safety. Please note that this apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
