The property is located in a quiet residential area of Ferrara, well connected to the historic center and its main attractions.
Shops, services and public transport are easily reachable on foot. The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a private outdoor space in the condominium courtyard, ideal for outdoor dining. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room and bedroom), independent heating, washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer. Cellar on request depending on availability. PLEASE NOTE: - The courtyard is shared with other guests, but the outdoor area in front of the living room, equipped with a dining area, is for exclusive use. 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara. The switching on period and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation. Ferrara Climate Zone E: 13 hours per day from October 22nd to April 7th The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival. NB: it is mandatory to complete the registration of documents and the online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and access the apartment. The property is located in the Renaissance district of Addizione Erculea, a few minutes from the historic center.
The area is quiet, green and well served, with parking, shops, restaurants and bus stops easily reachable on foot. Nearby services: - Ristorante Pizzeria Partenope: 1 minute walk; - Bar Pasticceria Naturale: 5 minutes walk; - Conad supermarket: 5 minutes walk. - From Bologna Airport you can reach the house in about an hour, first taking a shuttle that connects the airport to Bologna Station, then a train to Ferrara Station and, finally, continuing on foot for about 15 minutes. - From Ferrara Station you can reach the apartment on foot or with bus line 3 to the Contrada Del Mirasole Arianuova stop, about 4 minutes away from the accommodation. - If you travel by car, parking is not included: however, it is also possible to park for free in the surroundings of the property.

L’alloggio era pulito, ordinato, in una zona molto tranquilla e vicina al centro. Era molto attrezzato, anche se mancava qualcosa per la cucina. Informazioni per il check in erano chiare ma la comunicazione con l’host da migliorare.

Ho trovato tutto perfetto,posto pulito tranquillo e indicazioni perfette per il check-in con indicato anche posti per parcheggiare l’auto ,mi dispiace solo per la terrazza non apparecchiata come nelle foto ma solo con un tavolino e sedie impilate in un angolo,consiglio il posto e ci tornerò se passerò per Ferrara

Casa super pulita e moderna. Posizione centralissima
Diciamo che per 6 persone si è un po' strettini. Sparisce il salotto e praticamente non c'è spazio per mangiare
