The 80 sqm apartment consists of a bright living area with a sofa and armchairs, an equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, etc.), a double bedroom with large windows and a balcony, a second double bedroom with an armchair and wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. One double bedroom is air-conditioned, while the second bedroom has a fan. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, iron, and hairdryer. Electricity consumption is included up to 120 kW per week (approximately 17 kW per day). Any excess consumption will be charged at a rate of 1.10 euros per kW.
