Please be aware that the apartment is located in a lively area, and while we aim for a peaceful stay, some street noise is possible. This is a non-smoking apartment. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay. We request that you leave the apartment in a reasonably clean condition upon departure. Luggage drop-off is available at our office, located 300 meters away for your convenience. Please note that parking is not available nearby, as the apartment is situated in the heart of the historic area; we recommend inquiring for details and recommendations. As per legal requirements, guest ID registration and the payment of tourist tax (1.10€ per adult per night) are mandatory; you will receive a registration link to facilitate this.
