The accommodation comprises - A 47 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - One bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - Shower room and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 40 m² north-east-facing terrace to enjoy the sunny days. The flat is ideally located in Quimper, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Musée des Beaux Arts about 5 min (1.4 km) away by car - Musée de la Faïence about 9 minutes (1.9 km) by car - Mont Frugy, about 4 minutes (1.5 km) by car - Jardin de la Retraite about 9 minutes (2.2 km) by car - L'Odet about 16 min (12.1 km) by car Public transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.
