Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming 130 m² holiday home in La Rivière-Saint-Sauveur, which can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: Ground floor - A 30 m² living room with a TV, sofa and fireplace - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: A double bed (140x190) - A shower room. First floor - Bedroom 2: A double bed (140x190) with access to the balcony - Bedroom 3: A double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 4: A double bed (140x190) - A workspace, suitable for working from home - A shower room with shower and toilet - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, cot, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A beautiful, south-facing, unfenced garden of 1,000 m² - A south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days - A balcony of approximately 2 m², facing south-east - A hot tub available, accommodating up to 4 people The house is ideally situated in La Rivière-Saint-Sauveur, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Things to do: - Walk along the Crémanfleur trail for an idyllic stroll through woods, valleys and along the River Orange. - Explore Honfleur, just 3 km away, with its picturesque old harbour and narrow streets steeped in history. - Admire the Normandy Bridge, an architectural masterpiece offering spectacular views of the Seine estuary. - Treat yourself to a wellness session at the Mini Spa Honfleur for a relaxing break nearby. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. De ruimte, de privacy. 2 badkamers. Heerlijk rustig. Prettige keuken en ruime badkamers met goede waterdruk. Mooi uitzicht, authentiek huis met mooie zinvolle luiken tegen de warmte. Fijne bbq in de tuin.
De badkamer beneden had een lekkende chiffon, de badkamer boven was nieuw, maar de vlotter bleef hangen in de wc.
Het bubbelbad werkte niet, de filter was vies en water werd groen.
Voor meer dan 4 personen zijn er zowel binnen als buiten te weinig zitplaatsen.

- logement fonctionnel et bien équipé
- Grande chambres
- Honfleur à proximité ainsi que les commerces (Outlet, Leclerc)
- magnifique vue sur le pont de Normandie
