The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 30 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - An enclosed, west-facing loggia with a dining area and sofa - Bedroom: a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom (with shower) and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, griddle, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A swimming pool available at an additional cost (shared and heated), open from 15 June to 15 September, with a lifeguard on duty. The flat is ideally situated in Six-Fours-les-Plages, in a very pleasant setting.

Activities: - The nearest beach is a 5-minute walk away. - Scuba diving, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, jet-skiing, and towable tubes: La Coudoulière Beach (5 mins by car – 2.1 km), Les Charmettes Beach (8 mins by car – 3.8 km) - Coastal path approximately 15 mins (7 km) by car - Gaou Peninsula approximately 13 mins (5.5 km) by car Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation.
