The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 30 m² living room with a dining area and two armchairs - An open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160x200) - Shower room - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: 4 single beds - A mezzanine with 1 comfortable sofa bed (140x200) - Bathroom with bath For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan. Outside: - A private, enclosed garden of 180 m² - A 20 m² terrace with furniture for sunny days The house is ideally located in Le Pouliguen, in a very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - The nearest beach is Scall Bay or Govelle Bay. - Walks along the marina and coastal path - Le Pouliguen market with local produce - Cycling on the cycle paths of the wild coast - Sailing, paddle, kayak and other water sports clubs - Croisic Aquarium 15 minutes away by car - Guérande fortified town 15 minutes away - La Baule spa 10 minutes away - Barrière international golf course in La Baule - Shops, crêperies and typical restaurants in the town centre - Brière Regional Nature Park for boat trips and nature discoveries - Le Pouliguen tourist train in summer Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. Elle est confortable et très bien équipée. La plage est proche à pied et le centre ville est à 5 minutes en voiture. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le service de conciergerie qui nous a facilité le séjour.
