## Space The outdoor area is the perfect place to enjoy a barbecue (Webber BBQ with plancha), poolside, deckchair or a game of pétanque! You'll also be able to take advantage of the numerous outdoor facilities (mini soccer, badminton, basketball and ping-pong cages...) and indoor facilities (table soccer, board games, TV...).
The pool area, comprising the summer kitchen with table, sofas and deckchairs, is completely separated from the rest of the garden by a wrought-iron fence, and has two gates with safety handles that cannot be opened by children under 7.
You'll have access to the ping-pong table and petanque court adjoining the large terrace in front of the living room adjoining the pool area, which also features a large dining table and outdoor sofas.
There are several shaded and sunny areas to choose from.
A large parking lot inside the property allows you to park as close to the house as possible.
Inside the house, on the ground floor, you'll find : - a large living room - dining room - kitchen - games room - bathroom with WC - a wrap-around terrace and a large terrace overlooking the pétanque court, summer kitchen and swimming pool.
Garden level : - bedroom with double bed (air-conditioned) - a large bedroom with 2 pull-out single beds, which can be converted into 4 single beds or 2 double beds (air-conditioned) - dressing room - separate shower room and WC - laundry room, with washing machine and dryer. 1st floor : - 2 large bedrooms (air-conditioned) - 1 bathroom with WC - 1 shower room with WC - large dressing room (air-conditioned). ## Access You will have access to the entire dwelling and garden.
Only the garage is inaccessible. ## Interaction Our team will be at your disposal throughout your stay. ## Neighborhood This house is located next to a river.
The area is very quiet, and you'll hear the birds and the river flowing by.
You can walk from the path in front of the house.
There are plenty of amenities within a 5-minute drive (shopping center, bakery, supermarket, florist, bank, post office, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants, bars, butcher's shop...). ## Transit Personal vehicles can be parked easily in the garden. ## Notes The pool is regularly serviced by a technician.
A camera films the gate for your safety.
A deposit of €2,000 is required.
This will be paid by bank transfer.
