You will appreciate the exceptional location right on the waterfront. Opposite the apartment is the magnificent and famous Penthièvre beach, known for its surfing spot.
This 40 m² apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful, newly renovated house.
The accommodation is located 4.5 km (10 minutes by car) from the village of Saint-Pierre Quiberon, where you will find all amenities, including a bakery, mini-market, bike rental, restaurant, and a market on Thursday mornings.
The house is equipped with a Canadian well, which keeps it at a constant ideal temperature.
It features:
- Private entrance.
- Living room with sofa (140 cm bed), coffee table, télévision.
- Dining area with dining table overlooking the sea.
- Separate fitted and equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric hob, toaster, Italian coffee maker and no kettle in the kitchen.
- Shower room with toilet.
- Bedroom with 160 cm double bed.
The apartment offers a private terrace with sea view and garden furniture facing south-west.
