Apartment located in the port of Gandia, three hundred and fifty meters from Venice beach, and about seven hundred meters from Gandia beach.
In the immediate vicinity of all types of services.
Small and comfortable accommodation on the first floor (no elevator).
It has one bedroom with a triple bunk bed, another with a double bed.
The latter with a ceiling fan.
Small and practical bathroom with a shower tray.
The common area, where you will spend most of your time, consists of a living and dining area, next to the kitchen with a central island, with a large window and access to a small balcony with views of the emblematic sheds of the port of Gandia.
Beautiful apartment, all renovated this spring, where you can enjoy a fabulous vacation.
It offers air conditioning in the living-dining room, a dishwasher, and WIFI service.

PETS ALLOWED upon request with a maximum of 10 kilos (€7/night).
GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen (changed every two weeks) and towels (1 bath towel/person, 2 hand towels/person).
We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/sundries.
A pressure cooker and hairdryer are not standard.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 PM onwards.
It is possible to collect keys outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit.
Check-out and vacating the accommodation must be done before 10:00 AM.
Keys can be left inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover potential damages or non-compliance with the check-out time.
Either, leave a deposit of €150 which will be refunded within a maximum of 5 days after inspection of the apartment, or, purchase accidental damage waiver insurance for €28, non-refundable.
Gandia beach with its 7.5 km of coastline and more than 3 km of fine white sand, along with a wonderful Mediterranean climate, is ideal for enjoying walks, running, or playing beach sports.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, pharmacies, and many other services.
The gentle slope into the water is ideal for children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
During the low season, we recommend having a vehicle to get around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic attractions worth visiting.
There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and along the marshland.
The latter is very popular with ornithologists.
L’Ahuir beach, in the NORTH AREA of Gandia beach, a virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor.
Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
