The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A 9 m² balcony to make the most of fine weather The flat is ideally located in Rosny-sous-Bois, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
