Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 90 m² chalet for rent in Xonrupt-Longemer, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It features a lovely 50 m² living room with wood-burning stove, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 700 m² garden. Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 50 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and pellet stove (pellets not supplied)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bathroom with shower
- Bedroom 1: two single beds (can be pushed together to form a king-size bed)
- Separate WC
Second floor:
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (can be brought together to form a king-size bed) and a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: king-size bed (180x200) with cot, desk area and balcony access
- A games room with sofa bed
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 700 m² semi-enclosed garden with petanque court
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- An annex can be used as a garage for bikes and skis.
The chalet is ideally located in Xonrupt-Longemer, in very pleasant surroundings. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities :
- Set off on foot on the many trails through forests, mountains and along lakeshores.
- Discover the Vosges countryside by bike, road bike or mountain bike, with routes for all levels.
- Take advantage of the peaceful setting to swim, pedal-boat or stroll around the lake.
- Enjoy a family outing on the tobogganing track, accessible by chairlift.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the parking lot in front of the chalet. Public parking is also available 400m down the road.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Dié-des-Vosges, 30min drive away
- Nearest airport: EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg, 1h30 away by road

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. The price is included in the amount of each reservation. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
