It has a floor area of 95 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with showers) and a garden of approximately 1,000 m². The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 15 m² living room with sofas - Dining area - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob… - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: with two bunk beds (sleeps 4) - A bathroom with shower and toilet - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A beautiful, enclosed garden of 1,000 m² - A 35 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days (currently being finished) The house is ideally situated in Pénestin, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Activities: - A range of seaside activities - Walking trails Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (4 cars). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Questembert station, about 30 minutes’ drive away - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique Airport, about 1 hour’s drive away Other notes: - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
