Welcome to Briançon!
The studio is 20 m² and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a nice furnished terrace where you can relax after a day of walking.
It is ideally located 2-min walk from Forville, 4-min drive from the town hall, and close to bars, restaurants, ski rental services, ski schools, ski bus...

## Logement
The studio, which can accommodate 2 people, is bright, warm and well appointed and is perfect for a stay in the mountains.
It includes a living area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker, a dining area and a separate shower room.
In addition to this, you will have a nice furnished terrace where you can have breakfast and which will be very appreciated in summer. You will have at your disposal: Private parking place in front of the house, Wifi, Heating, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Microwave, Television (to be connected). A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler. Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost. The accommodation is appreciated by travelers for its ideal location. Located close to the city, you will find everything you need: stores, shopping centers, muscle or electric bike rental services, ski schools, cinemas, casinos... Bars and restaurants are also nearby. For your daily shopping, you will find a supermarket at 5 minutes by car from the accommodation.
During your stay, don't miss to visit : the Schappe Park and its accro-branche at 10 min by car, the Vauban Fortress 6 min, the Salettes Fort 7 min, the Casino Circus 6 min, Via Ferrata Croix De Toulouse 6 min and many others... You will find bike rental services 6 min away by car (FRANCIS LOCATION SKI BRIANCON PROREL), and bike parks for mountain biking less than 10 min away by car in the Serre Chevalier area.
A gondola lift is 10 minutes away by car (Prorel or Chantemerle). Welcome ! ## Emplacement Land of passage, at the crossroads of five alpine valleys, Briançon became a fortified town in the 14th century.

Located at the convergence of five valleys - Haute-Durance, Guisane, Clarée, Ayes and Cerveyrette - the city of Briançon occupies a remarkable geographical situation.
The radiating structure of these valleys offered the city very early on relatively easy access to the outside world: to Provence, Queyras, Isère, Drôme and present-day Italy.

Easily accessible from the resort of Serre-Chevalier, you can enter the highest fortified town in Europe through the Pignerol gate, at an altitude of 1,326m, and be welcomed by the Heritage Department, which offers a variety of guided tours at 3:00 pm every day, led by guide-lecturers certified by the Ministry of Culture, in French, English, Italian (German and Spanish for groups). ## Transports From Briancon - SNCF Station: 9 min by car. From the Sandro - Pertini Airport of Turin, Caselle: 1 h 46 min by car.
