The accommodation comprises - A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: single bed (90×190) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside: - A private, unenclosed garden of 3,000 m². - A 24 m² south-facing terrace and an 18 m² west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Cléden-Cap-Sizun, in very pleasant surroundings.
All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Coastal walks along the customs path (GR34) with spectacular ocean views - Surfing on the famous spots of the Baie des Trépassés (approx. 10 min by car) - Sea trips and excursions to the Ile de Sein from Audierne harbour - Fishing by the sea, on foot or by boat - Visit the Pointe du Raz and the Pointe du Van: Brittany's iconic wild landscapes - Discover the small ports and shelters typical of the region, such as Pors Loubous and Pors Théolen - Port of Audierne: market, shops, restaurants, walks along the water's edge - Visit the Ile de Sein (from Audierne, boat crossing) - Port-Musée de Douarnenez: interactive maritime museum and activities for children - Port of Douarnenez: a charming port town to discover - Quimper: historic centre, cathedral, museums, earthenware factories (approx. 45 min) - Village of Locronan: medieval town listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France (approx. 40 min) Public transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the basement garage for one vehicle, accessible to cars no more than 1.90 m high and 2.95 m wide.
