Nestled between Deauville and Tourgéville, this elegant and stylish apartment offers all the comfort you need to unwind, just 30 meters from the beach and the sea.
With a maximum capacity of 5 guests, the apartment is composed as follows
🔸A spacious living area with a lounge and dining space, sofa, TV, and direct access to a sunny balcony with an open view of the countryside and Mont Canisy.
🔸A modern open-plan kitchen fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hobs, coffee machine, kettle, toaster…)
🔸A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and built-in storage
🔸A children’s bedroom with 3 single bunk beds (90x200cm)
🔸Two modern independent bathrooms, each with a shower, sink, lighted mirror and WC
Perfectly located for families looking to enjoy Deauville's charm while staying in a peaceful environment (just 5 min walk from downtown and the casino).
Included: bed linen and towels, free WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.
Please note: breakfast is not included.
On request, a private parking space can be made available.
P.S. For tennis lovers: bring your rackets and balls! By reserving with the residence’s concierge, you can enjoy 2 sea-facing tennis courts.

📖 A personalized digital welcome booklet will be sent to you a few hours before your arrival. It includes all essential information about the property (key handover, check-in and check-out details, WiFi code, etc.) as well as our best local recommendations: restaurants, activities, markets, and hidden gems to discover.
Please let us know your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance, as well as the exact number of guests. This allows us to prepare your stay with the care you deserve.

Our apartment is located between Deauville and Tourgéville, right at the foot of the seaside boulevard, within a secure high-standing residence. The Deauville-Trouville train station is a 15-minute walk away.
