The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house for rent in Plouharnel, with a floor area of 139 m² and accommodation for up to 8 guests.
It comprises a lovely 32 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 319 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A bright 32 m² living room with a smart TV providing access only to the TF1+, France.tv and Netflix platforms (no TV decoder or other channels available). - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A shower room with toilet - A garage (no parking available) Upstairs: - A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and an en-suite shower room with toilet. - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) - Two bedrooms, each with two single beds. - A bathroom with a bath - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: table football, barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Please note: The property has no shutters; the bedrooms are fitted with blackout curtains. Outdoors: - A lovely 319 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days. The garden furniture can seat up to 8 people around the table.
The garden is now fully turfed. The house is ideally situated in Plouharnel, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Auray station, 15 km away (18 mins by car) - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation Self-check-in required: Access to the accommodation is available from 5.00 pm. Keys can be collected from a key box provided on site. Logement très bien équipé, très propre, confortable, accueillant et chaleureux. La proximité de nombreux sites à visiter et de belles plages est un grand atout.

Logement très bien situé au centre bourg de Plouharnel : commerces à proximité à pied. Plusieurs belles plages à moins de 10min en voiture ou 20min à vélo (notamment Sainte Barbe).

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Logement fidèle à l’annonce en très bon état, propre, bien décoré, de bonnes prestations( excepté la bouilloire pas pratique et bas de gamme). Le jardin qui sera sans doute bien dans 1 an mais nous étions prévenus.
