In addition, upon check-in, a document will be signed regarding the handover of keys and the type of use, which will be strictly for vacation, recreation, or leisure purposes.
Furthermore, the law stipulates that a security deposit must be paid, corresponding to two months' rent for the remainder of the year. For example, for a two-month rental period, this would be 2/12 x 2 months' rent. The deposit will be refunded after the tenant has moved out and the apartment has been properly returned.
