Welcome to this bright and spacious 73 m² two-bedroom apartment in Le Cannet, perfectly located for exploring Cannes and the French Riviera.
With immaculate accommodation for up to four guests, a private balcony overlooking a lovely garden, free parking and lift access, the apartment is an ideal base for couples, families or friends looking for a perfect and convenient stay close to Cannes.
The apartment :
The apartment is bright, practical and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay.
The spacious living area provides a beautiful place to unwind after a day exploring the Côte d’Azur, with a dining area for enjoying meals together.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee machines, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a relaxed evening meal.
There are two bedrooms :
• One bedroom with a comfortable 160 × 200 cm double bed
• One bedroom with two 90 × 200 cm single beds
This flexible sleeping arrangement makes the apartment suitable for couples, families and friends travelling together.
The apartment also includes a functional shower room, washing machine, Wi-Fi, TV, hair dryer and iron.

Cannes is easily accessible, with the Old Port and La Croisette approximately 12 minutes away by car.

## Emplacement
Le Cannet is an important municipality in the Alpes-Maritimes region of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur.
It takes place just two kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea, bordering Cannes and Vallauris.
Nicknamed the Madeira of France, it reveals a very beautiful panorama over the Lérins Islands off the coast. Occupied since Roman times, the city of Le Cannet developed from the 15th century with the settlement of families coming from Italy at the request of the monks of Lérins.
It gains its independence from Cannes and Mougins in 1774, by decree of Louis XVI, which allows its economic development from the following century.
However, it was not until the beginning of the 20th century that Le Cannet revealed its current appearance. Very touristy due to its geographical location and its weather, the town of Le Cannet is also appreciated for its rich architectural and historical heritage which brings it a great number of tourists during the beautiful season. ## Transports From the SNCF train station of Cannes (2.8 km): 16 minutes by car. From Nice Côte d'Azur Airport: 17 minutes by car.
