Cocoonr agency offers for rent, in Rennes, this charming flat with WiFi, with a surface area of 107 m² and can accommodate up to 8 travelers.
Located on the 23ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 23 m² living room, fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival. The accommodation comprises - A 23 m² living room with TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Four bedrooms with 4 double beds (140×190) - Two bathrooms, each with a shower and one with a bath. - A separate WC and a WC installed in one of the bathrooms. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, ironing board and iron. Outside: - 2 balconies to make the most of the fine weather The flat is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : The parking space is currently unavailable. If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's garage and private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Rennes train station 6 minutes away and Charles de Gaulle metro station 3 minutes on foot. - Nearest airport: Rennes / St jacques is a 20-minute drive away.
