Cocoonr Agency offers you this beautiful house fully renovated in Ondres, between the Landes forest and the ocean beaches, in a calm, natural setting.
Spacious, comfortable and bathed in light, it's ideal for holidays with family or friends, just a stone's throw from the cycle paths, the beach and the most beautiful landscapes in the south of the Landes.
With its garden and cosy living spaces, it offers the perfect setting for a rejuvenating break, between ocean, pine forest and the Landes way of life. The accommodation is all on one level and comprises - A living room with a kitchen opening onto the lounge/dining room and a dining table seating 6. - A lounge area with a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed (140x190) and a television. - A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200) - A shower room with shower and washbasin - Separate WC Outside: - A terrace for you to enjoy the long sunny days with a table and chairs as well as a parasol Area: The villa is located in Ondres in a quiet, residential area, just 2.6 km from the beach and 2 km from the supermarket. Enjoy unique experiences thanks to our various local partners: savour succulent Basque dishes prepared with care by a home chef, treat yourself to a spa afternoon and leave your children in the hands of a babysitter, hire electric bikes and take a ride in the hinterland, surf the most beautiful waves on the coast thanks to personalised surfing lessons. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Gare de Bayonne, approximately 9.8 km away - Nearest airport: Biarritz airport, approx. 15 km away Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
