The accommodation is located in a neighborhood on the outskirts of the historic center of Florence, a short distance from Porta Al Prato, Santa Maria Novella and Leopolda stations.
Thanks to its privileged location, the apartment allows you to reach the main points of interest on foot or by public transport and all services are within easy reach.

The internal space is organized as follows
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV, dining table with chairs, chair with desk, split A/C and access to the terrace;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, counter with stools, fridge, freezer, moka, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave oven, wine glasses and kitchen utensils;
- BEDROOM I with king size bed, bedside tables, split A/C and walk-in closet and EN-SUITE BATHROOM (slightly raised shower box, sink, bidet and WC);
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe, chair with desk, treadmill and split A/C;
- FULL BATHROOM II with slightly raised shower box, sink, bidet and WC;
- Covered TERRACE, furnished with sofa, chairs and folding table;
- STORAGE ROOM with washing machine.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: WiFi, split air conditioning (living room and bedrooms), shared heating, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Florence Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 20 from 21:00 until 22:30;
- EUR 40 from 22:30 until 00:00;
- EUR 60 from 00:00.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
City tax payment will be required.

if i were to choose to stay there again i wouldn’t.For me with our family just never felt comfortable. The property and the apartment are not well maintained and it shows. i would say the location is a 15 minute walk to the train station and a 30 minute walk to the center of Florence.
