Ideal for a rejuvenating stay as a couple, with family or friends. 🏡 The house - Generous surface area, spread over three levels - 4 comfortable bedrooms + 2 bathrooms + 1 powder room and 3 toilets - Renovated master bedroom bathroom with island bath, walk-in shower and backlit mirror - Fully equipped kitchen, cosy lounge area - Flowered garden with trees, terrace with outdoor furniture 🌿 The assets - Authentic cachet: Provencal shutters, original pink facade, exposed beams - Top-of-the-range renovation: sober, elegant design, natural materials - Absolute calm and soothing atmosphere - Ideally located for exploring picturesque villages: Valbonne, Mougins, Grasse - 40 minutes from Nice airport Enjoy convivial moments under the sun of the Côte d'Azur in the shade of olive trees.

Whether you need recommendations, practical information or anything else, we're here to make your stay as perfect as possible! ## Neighborhood Located in an elevated Provencal village, in a very quiet environment with a breathtaking view, you'll be just a 5-minute drive from the Opio golf course, 10 minutes from Grasse or 25 minutes from Cannes or Antibes.
You'll be in a natural setting close to the city, 30 minutes from the sea and within easy reach of all the Côte d'Azur's attractions. ## Transit A vehicle is strongly recommended.
A private parking space will be reserved for you in front of the house. ## Notes A deposit of €2,000 is required.
This will be paid by bank transfer.
