Cocoonr agency offers this 39 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in Saint-Laurent-du-Var, 250 m from the beach, with shared swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 6th floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 21 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room.

The accommodation comprises - A 21 m² living room with double sofa bed (real 140x200 mattress), TV and dining area. - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) - A shower room with shower, washing machine and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outside : - Shared, unheated rooftop infinity pool with panoramic views of the mountains and coast, open from 1 May to 30 September from 8am to 8pm. - An 8 m² north-facing balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days and the view of the mountains. The flat is ideally located in Saint-Laurent-du-Var, in a very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops and Cap 3000 (600 m away, voted the most beautiful shopping centre in the world in 2022) are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc. Activities : - Nice Carnival - Cannes Film Festival and other events - Events in Monaco (30 mins by car) - Forêt des Pugets - Antibes & Juan-les-Pins - Stroll through the old town - Boat trips along the Côte d'Azur Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private numbered space in the basement. For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Saint-Laurent-du-Var train station 5 minutes' walk away - Nice Côte d'Azur airport 6 minutes away by car Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fibre optic) - Pets allowed free of charge in the accommodation - Swimming pool: Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming.
