For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

- A 3 m² south/west-facing terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Bourges, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
