The nearest train station, Ashtown Train Station (Green Line), is just a 8-minute walk.
Dublin Airport is a 19-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required).

A beautifully kept flat. Everything you could want. Made to feel like home from home. Spacious and comfortable. In a nice quiet area. Explanation of where to find the key and get to the flat was excellent. One of the best Air B and B’s we have stayed at. If we ever came to Dublin again we would stay there.

Our stay was marvellous! The house is excellent, very well equipped, comfortable and exactly as described in the advert. Every detail has been thought of to provide a great experience. The location is also great, very quiet and pleasant for a few walks.
I highly recommend it and we'll definitely be back!
