It consists of a 41 m² living room with wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 360 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 41 m² living room with TV, wood-burning stove and double sofa bed. - Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and open-plan bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC - Bedroom 2: bunk bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower and WC Outside: - A private south∕west-facing 360 m² unfenced garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The chalet is ideally located in Eyne, in a very pleasant environment.
You will benefit from being close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Hiking in the Eyne Valley nature reserve (the "Valley of Flowers"), accessible from the village - Discover the Maison de la Vallée and its ethnobotanical garden, exhibitions and workshops - Archaeological trail: dolmens, menhirs and historical remains around the village - Off-trail walks: botanical walks through an exceptional flora of 800 species - Cycling and mountain biking on the forest tracks and "Les Balcons Cerdans" itineraries - Skiing, snowshoeing, fat-biking and winter sports on the Cambre d'Aze ski area (via Eyne) - Day trips: Lac des Bouillouses, Mont-Louis citadel, Llo and Dorres spas - Outdoor activities: canyoning, via ferrata, horse riding in the area Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park two vehicles directly in the chalet's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Bolquère-Eyne station (Train Jaune / TER): about 10 minutes by car - Font-Romeu TER station: about 15 minutes by car Other information : - Free Wifi available - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). Prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - The wood-burning stove is operational, and a basket of wood is provided. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - The exterior of the chalet is not yet finished - Exterior work is under way until the end of April 2026. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
