- KITCHEN with dining table, gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and other cooking utensils;
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe, and dresser;
- BEDROOM 2 with two single beds, wardrobe, and dresser;
- BATHROOM with shower, double sink, toilet, and bidet;
- TERRACE (accessible from the kitchen and living room) with outdoor bench and dining table.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split in the living room and master bedroom), central heating, washing machine (on the terrace), iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hairdryer.

In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
