The apartment has a large paved balcony, shaded and furnished for moments of relaxation and outdoor dining. From one corner, you can enjoy a view of the hills. The apartment is on one level, with the entrance door opening onto the kitchen, which is equipped with a coffee machine, gas hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer, dining table and 1.70 cm sofa bed. The kitchen leads onto the balcony. There is a double bedroom with a fan and a bathroom with a shower.

The historic town of Montespertoli, just under 1 km away, offers guests the opportunity to visit the castle, explore the historic centre and find grocery stores, boutiques, cafés and bars. Wine lovers can visit the beautiful Tuscan estates of Tenuta Barbadoro (3 minutes by car), Cantina Sociale Colli Fiorentini (10 minutes by car) and Terre di Perseto (25 minutes by car).

Fashion enthusiasts will feel like they are in paradise at the Firenze Mall and Leccio Mall outlet shopping centres, both 50 minutes away by car. Here, visitors will find brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, Versace, Burberry and Valentino.
