The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming 37 m² apartment for rent in the town of Bray-Dunes, facing the sea and accommodating up to 4 guests.
Located on the 6th floor (with lift), it consists of a lovely 37 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen and a shower room.
We are waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - At the entrance, there is a double sofa bed separated from the living room by a corridor and a door - A 37 m² living room with a sofa, TV, dining table and an open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. . - On the mezzanine, you will find a queen-size bed (160×200) and an extra single bed for a child. - A bathroom with shower. - A separate toilet.
Outside: - A balcony of approximately 4 m², facing west, perfect for enjoying the sunset.
A small table and two chairs are provided for meals or aperitifs.
The apartment is ideally located in Bray-Dunes, in a very pleasant environment just a stone's throw from the protected dunes.
You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, summer entertainment, and more.
Activities: - Walks on the Bray-Dunes sea wall - Dune du Perroquet nature reserve - Sand yachting, paddleboarding, kitesurfing - Visit to the Fort des Dunes or the blockhouses - Weekly markets - Bike rides to the nearby Belgian border Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park in the private, numbered car park in the residence's inner courtyard, which is accessible to all types of vehicles (sedans, station wagons, SUVs).
Several free parking spaces are also available in front of the residence.
There are several charging stations nearby.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Dunkirk train station is 20 minutes away by car - Lille airport is 1 hour 20 minutes away Other remarks: - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner).

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand mit toller Aussicht. Es gibt einen Lift und man kann auf einem privaten Parkplatz parken ohne Zusatzkosten. Wir waren im Oktober dort und der Strand war größtenteils sehr überschaubar gefüllt. Ein paar Restaurants hatten abends offen und die Preise waren in Strandl...
Die Türen könnten mal wieder WD 40 brauchen (WC) und die zum Wohnraum ist etwas verzogen. Eine der Balkontüren war leider verzogen so dass an einem Tag bei starken Wind Wasser eingedrungen ist. Ich habe auf der Ausziehcouch geschlafen, diese ist direkt im Eingangsbereich ( direkt neben der Haustür)....
