In the heart of the rugged, verdant landscapes of Haut Vallespir, the "Chez Suzanne" house welcomes you for a peaceful stay, combining leisure and relaxation.
On the 2nd floor, the Canigou apartment features a bright living room and a large bedroom, with unobstructed views of the mountains and valley.
The site is ideal for lovers of nature, heritage, and tranquility.
Just steps from the cottage, you'll enjoy the charm and delights of the "Café Perché" and the narrow streets winding past picturesque flower-lined houses.
From there, join the varied hiking trails providing access to superb viewpoints and refreshing havens like the Mondony natural swimming pool.
You'll be both peaceful and just minutes from Amélie-les-Bains, its Roman thermal baths, and its leisure and sports activities (open-air swimming pool, trout fishing, treetop adventure course, fitness trail).
This cottage has been renovated to combine charm and comfort: - Living/dining room: 140x200 sofa bed (sleeps one adult or two children), adjustable Smart TV - Open-plan fully equipped kitchen: 3 induction hobs, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter and Nespresso coffee machines, mixer, blender, washing machine, etc. - Bedroom: 1 180x200 bed - Shower room with WC Reversible air conditioning in the bedroom and living room.
Fiber optic internet.
Not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
Free municipal parking is available less than 300 meters away.
Luggage and shopping can be unloaded in front of the house.
