The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming, air-conditioned apartment for rent in the town of Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux. With a surface area of 115 m², it can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it consists of a lovely 45 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of approximately 150 m². Wi-Fi included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 45 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×200)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×200)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds (90x200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A private, enclosed garden of around 150 m²
- A terrace with furniture for enjoying sunny days
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux, in a very pleasant setting. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets and more.
Activities:
- The Ardèche Gorges
- Notre-Dame Cathedral
- Visit to the Château de Grignan
- The Saint-Marcel Cave
- Lac des Girardes for family outings
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private car park. There are 3 spaces available. Free parking is also available 100 metres away.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Montélimar train station is about 35 minutes away by car
- Avignon-Provence Airport (AVN) is about 45 minutes away by car
Other remarks:
- Free Wi-Fi available
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The rates given are for information purposes only and are subject to change by our partner
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use.
- The living room is air-conditioned
- The accommodation is accessible via an external staircase. Once inside the accommodation, all rooms are on the same level
- Possibility to rent the Le Refuge du Montélit accommodation, located on the ground floor of the house, to accommodate 4 additional guests.
