We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Mill Hill East, is just a 3-minutes walk.
Heathrow Airport is a 49-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Very happy with my stay at this Air BnB. Overall, the apartment was to a high standard, clean and comfortable and most of everything I needed for my short stay.
There were a couple of small issues here and there, one of the cupboard hinges was broken and the freezer wasn't working properly.
But overall, I would recommend this property.

Apartment is spacious with all the amenities nothing to be left out. Located just opposite the station. Far from central London will have to change 2-3 trains to reach central ,at least 45-60 minutes to reach central. If ok with that then you cannot miss this one . On 5 floor but elevator available. Leaving one food store below nothing else available nearby .

The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made cooking very convenient. Overall, a comfortable and stylish place to stay — highly recommended!
