We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest tram station, Villejuif - Louis Aragon (line T7), is just a 2-minute walk.
Orly Airport is approximately a 15-minute drive from the property.
Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge.
Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.
For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents.
A deposit will also be required.

It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests with its two bedrooms featuring double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony.
Ideally located just 2 minutes from the tram, you’ll enjoy a peaceful stay right on the doorstep of Paris.
Welcome! The door of this 58 m² apartment opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space.
The living area features a very comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, as well as a large TV.
It opens directly onto a balcony with a beautiful view.
The dining area includes a spacious table that can seat up to six guests.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and more.
The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160x200), and the other with a double bed (140x200).
All beds are neatly made with hotel-quality linens.
Storage space is also available to help you feel right at home.
The bathroom includes a sink, a large mirror, and a bathtub.
The toilet is separate.
A washing machine is also provided.
Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.
For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.
The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.
All that’s left is for you to enjoy!

It is spacious and bright with good bedding.
The kitchen is impeccable. Comfort at every level
A small personal comment: I would have liked to have either a second pillow or a slightly larger pillow, just for my own personal use.

We stayed there for almost all months, it's a beautiful flat, exactly as shown in the photos. A lovely setting for the family and a very nice location. We had everything we needed, and it's quite spacious. The host was super friendly and very responsive to our every concern. He was available at any time.
We wouldn't hesitate to return one day ❤️❤️❤️

Lovely flat in a pretty, clean and quiet residence, with easy access to public transport to Paris. The only downside was that we didn't have the badge to open the car park gate, so we had to sneak in. Very good stay
