It features a bright living room with balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the comforts for a pleasant stay.
Located just a few minutes’ walk from Taormina’s historic center and only 1 km from the stunning Isola Bella.
Perfect for experiencing the beauty of Sicily through relaxation, sea, and culture. PLEASE NOTE: Renovation work is underway upstairs; noise may be heard during your stay. The indoor space is arranged as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (featuring induction hob, refrigerator, kettle, and oven), dining table, double sofa bed, TV, A/C split unit, and access to the balcony; - BEDROOM with double bed and A/C split unit; - BATHROOM with shower, sink and WC FURTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning via split units (one in the living room and one in the bedroom), washing machine (external – located on the shared rooftop terrace), clothes drying rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. PLEASE NOTE: the building has no elevator – the apartment is located on the first floor.
Heating is provided via A/C split units (one in the living room and one in the bedroom). Guests are kindly advised that the washing machine is located outside the apartment, on the shared rooftop terrace. NO bidet. The entire home is for the guests’ exclusive use during their stay, with no shared spaces with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and happy to arrange early check-ins or late check-outs, when possible, if there are no departing/arriving guests on the same day. Any such requests can only be confirmed the day before arrival. Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax. This procedure is required for us to verify your personal details and documents, and to send the information to the police service “Alloggiati Web,” which is the official Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato. Please note: Completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment. We inform you that assistance for any issues related to automated check-in access is available remotely until 11:00 PM. At this property, check-in is carried out in self-check-in mode.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 06/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not be set below 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. Troppo lontano dal mare,troppo sbattimento tutti i giorni a prendere il bus per fare su e giù dalle spiagge,mare e spiagge sporche con mozziconi ovunque plastica e tante carte in giro peccato perché il mare è stupendo!

Muy lindo departamento. En primer piso por escaleras (como el 90% de los apartamentos de taormina). Hermosa terraza con vistas al mar, en una zona muy tranquila, pero a 5’ a pie del centro y a 10’ del teatro griego.
El lugar es hermoso, amplio, y muy cómodo hasta para 4 personas, tiene lavarropas y una cocina cómoda.

The hostess was very helpful throughout our stay.
Nothing much. There were a few minor problems with the washing machine but all was sorted very quickly.
The apartment was located on quite a busy feeder road but not a great issue.
