The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 180 m² house for rent in Jully-lès-Buxy, which can accommodate up to 10 travelers. It features an attractive 31 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, two bathrooms (with bathtub) and a 300 m² garden. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 31 m² living room with fireplace, TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

- A bathroom with shower and WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: with double bed (140×190)

- Bedroom 6: with a single bed and an umbrella bed

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 300 m² east-west facing garden, enclosed and private, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Jully-lès-Buxy, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, and a market, approximately 4 km from the accommodation (a car is necessary). The greenway, a cycle and pedestrian path connecting Givry to Cluny, is located approximately 450 m from the accommodation.
Activities:
- Explore the charming medieval village of Cluny and its famous national stud farm, 30 km away.
- Stroll through the historic streets of Beaune and visit its unmissable hospices, 40 km away.
- Admire the magnificent landscapes from the legendary Solutré rock, 50 km away.
- Stay in the heart of the Chalonnais vineyards, opposite the village of Montagny and its renowned white wine.
- Enjoy swimming and water sports on the lakes of Laives, just 8 miles (16 min) away.
- Go on a bike or walking trip and explore the riches of the region, from Chalon-sur-Saône to Tournus.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (up to 3 vehicles).
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Chalon sur Saône, about 9.3 miles away; Le Creusot TGV station, 18.6 miles away (better service from Paris)
- Nearest airport: Lyon, about 98 miles away
