Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro station, Pont d'Ivry (line 7), is just a 3-minute walk. Charles de Gaulle airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. It comfortably accommodates two guests with its bedroom featuring a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Ideally situated just 3 minutes from the metro, it offers a pleasant setting for a peaceful stay in Paris. The apartment is available only for stays of more than 30 nights. Welcome to your Parisian getaway! As you step inside, you’ll discover a charming 22 m² apartment, bright and tastefully decorated. The living area is perfect for relaxing with its comfortable sofa and TV. A cozy dining space for two allows you to enjoy meals together. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious dishes: oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. In the mezzanine bedroom, you’ll find a double bed (140x200), carefully prepared with hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, mirror, and toilet, as well as a washing machine for your convenience. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout your stay.
For your safety, the apartment is equipped with a smoke detector, and professional cleaning is carried out between each stay. Due to the mezzanine and stairs, the apartment may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. All that’s left to do is unpack your bags and make the most of your Paris stay!

We were delighted with our stay in the flat and are grateful for the warm welcome Wissem gave us; he took excellent care of us and was always there to help. The booking process went very smoothly. The accommodation is in a great location, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Public transport – metro, bus and tram – was always available to take us into Paris to run our errands.
