This first floor house has steps leading from street level on Corso Adriatico. The house has original Art Déco floor tiles as seen on the ground floor hall, leading to the kitchen with it's wood burning stove . An original formica kitchen table and chairs are in this room. A fully intergrated dishwasher and washing machine are in the kitchen.
The living room with balcony over looking the Corso.The sofa bed can also sleep two people. The dining room table and chairs are in this room.
The house has two bathrooms with bidets and showers on the ground and also on the first floor.
Upstairs the original house floor tiles can we seen and the three bedrooms are all on this floor.
The first on the left is the more formal room with an original Liberty bed and English antique chest of drawers and bedroom seat.
The following blue bedroom has two single beds and finally the Master bedroom has original handmade
brick tiles and a vaulted ceiling with an iron roll top bath.
A beautiful hand crafted wooden green staircase has been commissioned to for the first time connect the house to a new roof top terrace.
The large roof top terrace gives super views of the surrounding countryside, with both mountain and sea views in the distance. A table and chairs makes "al fresco" dining and relaxation a perfect solution in the summer evenings after a day on the beaches.
