Green View, a single-storey cottage, consists of a kitchen with dining seating for two, double oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, and a living/dining room with dining seating for six and a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a twin, serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear multi-level garden with lawn, patio, furniture, summer house, a non-enclosed front garden with lawn, patio, bench, a garage for extra storage, and off-road parking for two cars.
