A Modern detached 3 storey town house a few minutes walk from the centre of Hebden, On the ground floor is a double bedroom, a shower room with walk in shower, WC and basin, plus a small reception room with a sofa bed and TV (could be 4th bedroom.
Off this room is a utilty room with a washing machine (converted from the integral garage). Stairs up to the first floor which has a living room with balcony + table and chairs, a spacious kitchen.diner with breakfast bar and table and chairs.
Steps down to further utility room and door to rear garden. there is a study area on the landing with desk and chair.
On the 2nd floor there is a master bedroom with ensuite shower room, a further double bedroom and a family bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and basin.Outside is an off road parking space (gold dust in central Hebden) and a paved courtyard with table and chairs at the rear.

The Squirrels, Hebden Bridge. What a fantastic propery, a credit to the owner. Clean and well-presented, comfortable bed and lots of hot water. Good location for the town centre with both bus and train links. Highly recommend a stay at The Squirrels. Sheila & David.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed or stay at The Squirrels, Hebden Bridge. The house was clean and well equipped and close to the town centre and local amenities.

Second time I have stayed here. Its a great location in a beautiful place. All very clean and well equipped. Could do with a small set of drawers in the single room. Just to put underwear in etc. Maybe even a bedside table with drawers. And the wall cupboard in the family bathroom is totally impractical. Minor details though, but worth consideration
